The separate $99 annual membership is first due when the page is published, then on each publication anniversary unless a qualifying campaign earns the renewal waiver. Marketing is optional and charged separately.

Pay the $99 annual membership, first due when your Custom Page is published. It is then due on each publication anniversary unless you earn a waiver: complete at least one paid Monthly Business Feature month with paid Spotlight in that same service period during the preceding anniversary year. That qualifying participation waives the next $99 anniversary fee. Marketing spaces are first come, first served. If spaces are booked or you do not participate, the $99 membership keeps your page active; there is no marketing-based downgrade or repeat $500 setup.

Review your renewal in the tenant portal and confirm it manually. The reminder plan is 90, 60 and 30 days before the renewal deadline, where those dates fall within your active term. Membership is $99 at each publication anniversary unless completed paid Feature and Spotlight participation in the qualifying year earns that renewal’s $0 waiver. Once your account is approved, you can use the permitted tools to update general information and, for a ready custom page, manage your business photographs. Spotlight is an additional $100 per month, limited to one active business, and requires an active Feature for the same period.

With an approved account, a ready Custom Page, confirmed payment, and an available placement for your full term, marketing can begin immediately. Your term starts on its activation date, not the first of the calendar month. For example, October 19 through November 18 is one month; another term can begin on November 19 after a separate purchase, subject to availability.
